Key Deliverables

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting general sales enquiries with technical information
• Dealing with technical internal enquires
• Liaising with central technical support and other areas of the business as appropriate
• Project management
• Technical training and development of US Sales / Operations team
• Attending face to face and on line customer meetings supporting the US Sales team
• Technical support to the US Operations Team
• US technical market intelligence
• Define customer briefs for design / development, customization and qualification
• Quality investigations and resolution support

Job Requirements

Education

• Degree/Diploma Engineering or a science based subject

Experience

• Highly desired: Work experience within a similar role in cold chain logistics.
• Experience in technical sales support

Additional requirements

• CAD /computational simulation competency

• Project and programme management

• Excellent Office IT skills
